Vision
Welcome home to SkyRidge. The Gold Coast’s newest address.

What to expect in SkyRidge
A future high quality retail village centre which will include a supermarket, approximately 28 specialty stores, a tavern and medical or commercial uses.
Meandering through the estate is a 3km ecological corridor, designed to protect and preserve the natural environment as well as the movement of wildlife. It will also provide residents with a direct connection to nature.

The six precincts within SkyRidge are carefully designed to blend with the surrounding natural vegetation of its neighbourhood. The Ascent, Botanica, Habitat, The Precinct, Skyline and The Outlook will each offer their residents a unique living experience.

About Perron Group
The Perron Group, founded by Stan Perron AC, has a long and distinguished history as a land developer creating thriving communities for thousands of Australians for over 40 years.
On Mr Perron’s passing in 2018, the Perron Group comprised one of the largest privately held real estate portfolios in Australia. It currently features joint venture or full ownership of more than a dozen regional or sub regional suburban shopping centres across all mainland states including Queensland. On 6 February 2025 Perron Group and Mr Atkins confirmed their intention to market their interests in the SkyRidge project. It is intended that this decision will have no effect on ongoing development activities.

The Perron Group, together with joint venture partner Sustainable Settlements have achieved the highest honour in Australian Residential Development with Witchcliffe Ecovillage winning the National Project of the Year 2024 by the Urban Development Institute of Australia, along with the award for Excellence in Sustainable Urban Development.
