A $2.8 million display home has topped sales at SkyRidge, where demand was so intense a ballot was held for the chance to buy land when the development first launched.

The double-storey house set a new benchmark within the masterplanned SkyRidge community at Worongary, which will become home to more than 10,000 people once completed in 2036.
