We’re thrilled to announce that three homes designs in the SkyRidge Display Village; HomeShow, have been recognised as the best in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region.
Amid strong competition, SkyRidge Display Village builder Burbank took out the HIA award for excellence in the $750k to $1m category for its stunning Grandchester design, while the equally beautiful Hamilton 278 from Evoca Homes was named best design in the single storey category.

The top honour however was reserved for Ultra Living Homes’ La Casa Eden 54, which not only received the award for best home under $1 million, but was also honoured with the title of Display Home of the Year.

The awards are presented each year by the Housing Industry Association to recognise excellence in the design and construction of a home that’s currently on display and available to customers just as it’s presented in the display village. It means that visitors can not only experience the beauty, practicality and attention to detail that each home delivers, but also purchase with confidence, knowing that their own home will be just as outstanding.

The SkyRidge Display Village is currently home to 35 brilliant designs, including the three award-winners, making it the must-see destination for anyone thinking of building a new home.
