The Gold Coast Bulletin has reported on plans for a giant new community center to be built within the $1.5 billion SkyRidge Development. According to planning documents, the single-story complex will serve residents in Highland Park and Worongary. It will feature a multipurpose hall for performances, meetings, or indoor sports, with the ability to be divided into two rooms. Additionally, the facility will include a separate activity room, meeting room, café, kitchen, and storage, as well as a 300-square-meter outdoor deck.
